The partnership aims to expand material options for dental professionals while supporting more reliable and predictable workflows in digital dental production.
Through this collaboration, BEGO’s VarseoSmile resin series, including VarseoSmile TriniQ, Crown Plus, Temp, and Teeth, has been tested and verified with Phrozen dental 3D printers. By integrating validated resin profiles through DS Slicer, Phrozen Dental helps users access updated material settings more efficiently, supporting more consistent printing performance, improved surface quality, and smoother production workflows.
By collaborating with leading resin manufacturers, Phrozen Dental continues to expand its ecosystem of validated dental materials. This open material approach enables dental professionals to select the materials that best suit their clinical or laboratory workflows while maintaining reliable printing results.
The validation process was conducted using Phrozen Sonic CS+ and Sonic XL 4K Plus, two of Phrozen’s flagship dental 3D printers designed for high-precision dental applications. Leveraging Phrozen’s expertise in high-resolution LCD photopolymer technology, these systems support accurate production of dental models, splints, surgical guides, and restorative components.
The addition of selected BEGO VarseoSmile resins further expands the range of restorative material options available within the Phrozen Dental ecosystem. With validated resin profiles for these materials, Phrozen Dental continues to strengthen its open material approach while giving clinics and laboratories greater flexibility in restorative workflow planning.
