Hassle-Free Warranty Policy
Phrozen Tech offers a user-friendly warranty to spare you any unnecessary hassles. We take immense pride in crafting and delivering high-performance products that consistently meet rigorous quality benchmarks. Should you encounter any difficulties with your Phrozen product, we recommend referring to the user manual or checking our Phrozen support center for assistance.
Warranty Coverage
The warranty is only available to the original purchaser of the Phrozen product, including user manuals, product guides, specifications, and other services, and is not transferable to subsequent owners or other transferees. To be eligible for warranty coverage, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase and comply with all terms and conditions specified in the warranty policy. Warranty claims made by unauthorized sellers of the product will not be accepted.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
Phrozen Tech offers a comprehensive warranty on its products, exclusively for Phrozen-branded hardware components, software, and firmware provided by Phrozen Tech. Consumable parts such as resin, LCD, and FEP/PFA film are not covered by the warranty. LCDs for specific products are covered under a 3-month warranty.
If defects caused by faulty materials or manufacturing processes are discovered during the warranty period, Phrozen Tech will provide warranty parts for the agreed item(s).
For products purchased through authorized resellers, the warranty terms and conditions are regulated by the resellers. Phrozen Tech will offer technical assistance to resellers in case of defects, but the final decision and warranty provision will be the responsibility of the resellers.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
In the event that a Phrozen product fails to function as warranted within the applicable warranty period, customers may seek after-sales service by contacting Phrozen support center. To receive warranty service, customers must provide valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or a serial number of the device.
What Will Phrozen Do
Phrozen Tech will attempt to diagnose and resolve your problem through the Phrozen support center. We may direct you to download and install particular firmware updates for problem-solving.
If the issue cannot be resolved through the Phrozen support center or firmware updates, and if partial replacement(s) is deemed necessary, Phrozen Tech will ensure that the required replacements are promptly delivered to you.
- If the problem is covered by the warranty, Phrozen Tech will provide the necessary replacement parts free of charge.
- If your product is no longer covered by the warranty, you can purchase the necessary replacement parts from Phrozen Tech through our official website, an authorized reseller, or place a custom order via Phrozen support center for the required parts.
Warranty Coverage Limitations
The warranty does not apply to the following:
- Products without solid proof of purchase.
- Damage caused by human factors, including but not limited to misuse, misinstallation, abuse, abnormal voltage, water, fire, transport accident, and other external causes.
- Damage caused by unauthorized alteration, modifications, disassembly of parts, or components not in accordance with official instructions.
- Damage caused by non-authorized service providers.
- Damage caused by operations that did not follow instructional recommendations.
- Damage resulting from any non-Phrozen technical or other support, such as assistance with “how-to” questions or inaccurate product set-up and installation.
- Products purchased from an unauthorized seller, illegitimate platform, or secondhand sales.
- Consumable parts, such as the resin, LCD, and FEP / PFA (nFEP) film, unless damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
- Damage resulting from reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts.
Warranty Period of Devices and Accesories
The warranty period begins on the date of product delivery and expires at the end of the warranty period. Please contact the Phrozen support center for information on warranty periods if your device is not listed in the provided table.

NOTE: The above warranty policy does not apply to products sold or used in the South America region due to specific country regulations. Customers in South America should refer to the regional policy, which can be found here.
ATTENTION:
- Packaging and Accessories Retention: The customers must retain all packaging and accessories, including the main unit, platform, resin tank, toolbox, and outer packaging box, to qualify for a 1 to 1 exchange policy.
- Exchange Procedure: If a machine replacement is required within the warranty period, customers must use the original packaging and return all related components and accessories to the designated collection point. Customers will cover 1 way shipping costs to our designated distributors associated with this exchange procedure.
- Limited Warranty Coverage: Parts are covered under limited warranty, if they are in a new and unused condition. Once these parts are used, they will no longer be eligible for warranty coverage unless damage, defects, or quality issues are identified upon arrival
- Phrozen exclusive rights: In the event of any dispute, Phrozen reserves the exclusive right, at its sole discretion, to determine the terms of the warranty policy and to make final and binding decisions regarding warranty coverage and resolution procedures.

Warranty Period for Delivered Parts
In cases where the delivered parts are associated with a device or accessory still under its warranty period, the warranty coverage for these delivered parts will align with the ongoing warranty of the device or accessory.
If the device or accessory has exceeded its original warranty duration, Phrozen provides a one-month warranty period for the delivered parts.
These delivered parts include warranty replacement parts, repaired parts, and purchased parts.
